(hereinafter also: “Company”, “operator,” and “seller”) are an integral part of all contracts between the operator as a provider and buyers of digital products (hereinafter also: “customer”, “buyer”, “consumer”, and “user”) in connection with the purchase of a product via the Company’s online store.
1.2 The provisions of the general terms and conditions also apply to all offers, preliminary invoices, preliminary contracts, legal and commercial statements, and other services arising from business between the Company and the customer.
1.3. Definition of Terms:

7. Purchase Procedure for Digital Products
The purchase procedure for digital products operates as follows:

7.3. After successful payment, the user instantly receives the activation code and instructions for product download via email.

8. Refund Policy
8.1. Upon the user receiving the email containing the activation code for the purchased digital product and opening the email, the right to a refund is revoked.
8.2. The company does not entertain refunds once the email with the activation code has been delivered and accessed by the customer.

8.4. The right to a refund is valid only if the activation code or product key provided by the company is proven to be faulty, duplicated, or non-functional.
8.5. The customer must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the activation code or product key if there is an issue or non-functionality.
8.6. The company reserves the right to verify the reported issue before approving a refund.
8.7. In case of a confirmed issue with the activation code or product key, the company will either issue a replacement code or provide a full refund to the customer’s original payment method.
8.8. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
