Digital Products – General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (activation keys, gift cards, software licenses), all sales are final once a key has been delivered to your email address. This is standard practice for all digital key retailers, as keys cannot be returned once they are revealed.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We will always provide a replacement key or a full refund if:

  • The key is invalid or does not activate on the stated platform

  • The key was already used when you received it
  • \n
  • The key is for the wrong product due to a listing error on our part
  • \n
  • You did not receive the key within 30 minutes of payment
  • \n

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order number.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • You bought a region-locked key that does not work in your country (the region is clearly stated in the product title)

  • You changed your mind after the key was delivered
  • \n
  • The key was already activated by you
  • \n
  • More than 48 hours have passed since delivery

How to Request a Refund

Email us at orders@alldigitalkeys.com with your order number, description of the issue, and a screenshot of the error if applicable. We process refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
