By placing an order on AllDigitalKeys.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About AllDigitalKeys.com

AllDigitalKeys.com is an online retailer of digital game keys, gift cards, and software licenses. We supply digital products sourced from authorized distributors including G2A Marketplace and CodesWholesale.

2. Digital Products — No Physical Delivery

All products sold on AllDigitalKeys.com are digital goods (CD keys, activation codes). There is no physical shipment. Your key will be delivered to your email address within minutes of payment confirmation.

3. Ordering Process

  1. Add a product to your cart and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter your email address and payment details
  3. Complete payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  4. Your game key is delivered to your email immediately

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Regional Restrictions

Some game keys are region-locked and will only work in certain countries. The product description clearly states the applicable region (e.g., “Global”, “Europe”, “US/NA”). It is your responsibility to verify that the key is compatible with your account’s region before purchasing.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a game key has been delivered. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which exempts digital content delivered immediately from the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions:

  • The key was already used before delivery — we will provide a replacement key
  • The key is invalid and cannot be activated — we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund

To report a problem, contact us at orders@alldigitalkeys.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a screenshot of the error.

7. Coupon Codes

WELCOME10: 10% discount for first-time customers. One use per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers.

CRYPTO5: 5% discount. Single use per transaction.

8. Liability

AllDigitalKeys.com is not responsible for: compatibility issues due to platform account restrictions, regional activation failures due to buyer error, losses arising from account bans imposed by the game publisher.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, EU. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
