1.1. General business rules of the company ADITUM, trade, production, and service company, d.o.o. (hereinafter also: “Company”, “operator,” and “seller”) are an integral part of all contracts between the operator as a provider and buyers of digital products (hereinafter also: “customer”, “buyer”, “consumer”, and “user”) in connection with the purchase of a product via the Company’s online store.

1.2 The provisions of the general terms and conditions also apply to all offers, preliminary invoices, preliminary contracts, legal and commercial statements, and other services arising from business between the Company and the customer.

1.3. Definition of Terms:

• Customer: A natural or legal person in a legal business relationship with the Company.
• Consumer: Any customer who is a natural person acquiring or using the Company’s digital goods or services for personal purposes.
• Offer: An offer in various forms, a preliminary invoice, or another form of proposal for the conclusion of a contract offered by the Company to the customer.
• Contract: An agreement in written form between the Company and the customer. The general conditions are integral to every contract.
• Subject of the Contract: Digital goods from the sales catalog of the Company’s online store.

6. Payment Methods

• Payment by pro forma invoice, where the customer must complete the payment within 7 days from the order date.
• Cash on delivery (Note: Additional commission may apply, not included in the invoice).

6.2. In the case of payment by pro forma invoice, failure to make the payment within 7 days may result in order cancellation by the operator.

7. Purchase Procedure for Digital Products

The purchase procedure for digital products operates as follows:

7.1. The user browses the online catalog and selects the desired digital products.

7.2. Upon selecting a product, the user proceeds to checkout, where they confirm the order and payment method.

7.3. After successful payment, the user instantly receives the activation code and instructions for product download via email.

7.4. The user has the opportunity to review the order details, apply promotional codes (if available), and finalize the purchase in a single step.

7.5. The company immediately delivers the purchased digital product via email within 24 hours of order completion.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Upon the user receiving the email containing the activation code for the purchased digital product and opening the email, the right to a refund is revoked.

8.2. The company does not entertain refunds once the email with the activation code has been delivered and accessed by the customer.

8.3. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the security of their email account to prevent unauthorized access to the received activation code.

8.4. The right to a refund is valid only if the activation code or product key provided by the company is proven to be faulty, duplicated, or non-functional.

8.5. The customer must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the activation code or product key if there is an issue or non-functionality.

8.6. The company reserves the right to verify the reported issue before approving a refund.

8.7. In case of a confirmed issue with the activation code or product key, the company will either issue a replacement code or provide a full refund to the customer’s original payment method.

8.8. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.

10.2. Amendments to the general terms and conditions are applicable to all contracts concluded after the effective date of the amendment.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. The general terms and conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the alldigitalkeys.com website.

11.2. In the event of a dispute between the Company and the customer, both parties will endeavor to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable settlement is not reached, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in Kranj, Slovenia, in accordance with Slovenian law.

11.3. These terms and conditions are written in the Slovenian language and may be translated into other languages. In case of any discrepancy between the Slovenian version and a translated version, the Slovenian version prevails.
